Step 2: If the issue is not resolved with our suggestions, we will come to you and your printer and diagnose the issue. Cost $50 for visit and diagnosis.

Step 3: Based on the diagnosis, you can chose to order the parts & do the repair yourself, or have us take the machine and do the repair. Cost varies depending on what broke.
