Step 2: If you are unable to resolve the issue on your own, a technician will come to your home for diagnosis, repair and recommendations. There is a $50 diagnostics fee, with additional costs if repairs are needed.

Step 3: If new parts are needed, we will happily order and install them for you. We will also show you which parts are needed and where to purchase them so you can install them yourself.
